Abstract

Covid's crisis halted the economy and confined people in an attempt to stem the viral spread. Many lives were taken and vaccines emerged, symbolizing the hope of recovering the normal, devastated by the chaos of the disease. However, there are many people who refuse to be vaccinated with the claim of the right to freedom, frustrating the possibility of the so-called herd immunity. Would there be a fundamental right to infect?
