Abstract

This article works with the notion of Justice and Law and is reserved to discuss the refuge institute based on the concepts of Derrida's philosophy. It becomes necessary to study the issue of justice in this way of thinking, since this concept is deconstructed as an ideal field for the concept of justice. The aim of this article is to understand the notions of justice and deconstruction in Derrida. For this, it is necessary to define, as a specific objective, the discourse taxed with deconstruction, which is the movement of thought. The theoretical contribution of the article on screen is completed by the work “Força de Lei” part of the conference “Deconstruction and the possibility of justice”, a study aims to discuss deconstruction as a starting point for the political character of law and law . The choice of Derrida for the on-screen article to apply deconstruction as a strategy is justified. The present uses the exploratory methodology of bibliographic review.
