Abstract

This article deals with a visit to the thought of Celso Neves regarding his classic conceptual construction of the Jurisdiction Institute, where, markedly and beyond his time, he made it possible to shed light on the idea of ​​this procedural phenomenon from looks turned not only to the Theory of the State, but above all to the social function by which the Jurisdiction must, of course, exercise.
