Abstract

The article analyzes the institutional building process of OECD, emphasizing its political and legal dimensions, through the theoretical perspective offered by the concept of legalization. As a particular form of institutionalization, legalization is assumed to have been responsible for many features and design of the Organization, as it is nowadays.
