Tratando temas jurídicos na graduação em engenharia através da aprendizagem baseada em problemas e inteligência artificial: relato de experiência

This experience report addresses the integration of legal topics in undergraduate Engineering through the Problem-Based Learning methodology, with the aim of developing skills related to reading legal documents for engineering. Adapted real documents were used, referring to routine contractual types for engineers, and the groups should focus on identifying problems and omissions. The activity also included the use of Artificial Intelligence to analyze documents and enabled reflection on this application. The development of the pedagogical initiative made it possible to analyze some relational aspects and attitudes proposed in the literature, and the results show that the methodology facilitates the understanding of legal content and its application by students, with an increase in their engagement in the discipline, confirming the relevance of legal knowledge in their future careers, and, in parallel, how AI tools must be critically adopted.
