Abstract

Through a brief historical review, the trajectory representation of human rights, throu- gh the examination of the contemporary framework of representation in both the external as the internal scenario, how its paradigm is set up, establishing the international situation after September 11, 2001 and the need to affirm the condition of citizenship.
