Abstract

The Constitution of 1988 establishes a division of competences in health matters among the federated entities that guided the edition of federal, state and municipal normative acts in facing the effects of the different shades of the crisis caused by the pandemic of the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). This article seeks to analyze the diversity of this legal framework and its impact on society and the Judiciary.
