A necessidade de proteção das minorias decorrente da desigualdade social no Brasil

Abstract

This research deals with the theme of the need for State protection to ensure the dignity of vulnerable groups. Minorities are not numerically inferior but represent groups that need special state protection. The protection of Human Rights brings a view that it is necessary to protect the dignity of the human person, giving everyone treatment in order to make citizenship effective. This research seeks to answer the following question: How does the constitutional protection of minority rights effect the democratic rule of law? Discussions on the theme permeate society in search of a just and egalitarian society.
