Abstract

Introduction: Health technologies are identified as an instrument whose objective is to promote health, and are being intensely inserted in the planning, organization, management and implementation of care. Objective: to identify the tendency of Brazilian productions of theses and dissertations about mobile assistance technologies used in nursing consultations in Primary Health Care. Method: narrative review based on dissertations and theses defended in different postgraduate programs and made available in the database of theses and dissertations on the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel portal, carried out in August 2021. For the analysis, the data of characterization were organized in Excel® software spreadsheet and analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results and Discussion: 22 studies were selected, the largest number of productions are related to care for people with diabetes 7 (31.8% studies), no production was identified on assistive technologies or mobile applications related to SG, SARS, or Covid-19. It is perceived, then, a gap in a relevant subject. In addition, technologies would optimize the process of diagnosis, monitoring and treatment, in addition to providing a more resolute service aligned with the needs of patients. Conclusion: Considering the range of scenarios in the face of technological innovations that facilitate and assist in nursing care, most of the technological productions identified are related to the care of people with diabetes, and little has been produced when it comes to mobile assistance technologies and consultation of nursing.
