This article aims to analyze how digital education mechanisms - for legal education and in other pedagogical fields - can contribute to the promotion of a culture of personal data protection, as well as to the reconfiguration of legal careers and the emergence of new possibilities of action for the law operator. This analysis is performed through a descriptive bibliographic search, using predominantly legal sources that researched the themes of digital education, personal data protection and the behavior of actors and legal professions in the face of technological innovations. It was observed that the area of Law, traditionally conservative in approaching technological issues, has potential for sophistication in the personal data protection field through approximation with digital education.
